Puzzle Numbers has no accounts, no servers and no database. Your progress lives on your phone. The only data that leaves your device goes to Apple and to Google's advertising service, and this page explains exactly what that is.
Puzzle Numbers is published by Beyda Dönmez, an individual developer based in Türkiye. For any question about this policy or your data, write to [email protected].
Your puzzle progress, best times, move counts, unlocked grid sizes, selected theme, and your sound, music and haptics settings are stored locally on your phone. They are never uploaded to us. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
Leaderboards are provided by Apple's Game Center. Using them is optional: if you are not signed in to Game Center, the game works normally and no score is submitted.
When you are signed in and complete a puzzle, your score and the nickname Apple holds for you are sent to Apple's leaderboard service. We do not receive your Apple ID, your email address or your real name, and we keep no copy of your scores. Apple's handling of this data is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
The free version of the game shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. To serve, measure and limit the repetition of those ads, Google may collect:
We never see this data ourselves. Google's use of it is governed by the Google Privacy & Terms.
On iOS the game asks for your permission before any tracking identifier is used. If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not personalised. You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking on your iPhone.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a consent screen appears before ads load, so you can accept or refuse personalised advertising. Your choice can be changed later from the game's Settings screen.
Buying Remove Ads stops all advertising in the game, and with it the data collection described above.
Remove Ads is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple handles the entire payment, and we never see your card details, billing address or Apple ID. The game asks Apple whether the purchase is active so it knows whether to hide the ads. Nothing about your purchase is stored on our side.
Puzzle Numbers is made for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, write to us and we will act on it.
We hold no personal data, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Data held by Apple and by Google is subject to their own retention practices, linked above.
Under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. Because we hold no personal data, requests about game data should go to Apple (for Game Center and purchases) or to Google (for advertising). We are glad to help you find the right route: write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.
If the game starts handling data differently, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it. Significant changes are also noted in the App Store release notes.
