Delete your online data

Puzzle Numbers needs no account: online play uses an anonymous player ID.

In the app

• This deletes your player profile, name, friend code, friends, blocks, requests, Daily results and replays, the link between a Gold purchase and your player, and the anonymous player ID, at once.
• A Gold purchase itself stays yours in the store: RESTORE PURCHASES links it to your new player.
• In races other players keep, your result stays, shown with a generated name.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from any address with your friend code (Settings › Online). We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Data kept anyway

If nothing is deleted, race records and replays are removed after 30 days, and Daily results after 90 days.

Solo progress is stored only on your device; deleting the app removes it.
